Discovery-Worst Medical Aid Ever!

Discovery completely fails to communicate with its members and honestly my experience over the past month has been horrible....They are quick to take your money but even after authorising my operation they still refuse to pay out. At this point they can take their business and shove it where the sun does not shine....I requested a call back from my case manager on Friday and till now nothing not even an explanation on why they are being so unprofessional.I have no words left....
