Discovery worse than tax

I’ve pretty much had the worse experience from Discovery right from the beginning. Everything from misspelling my name even though they’ve had a clear reference from my ID, to broken services. Not covering my claims to basically leaving me asking myself why the hell is Discovery considered one of the best medical health insurers in the country when they seem so legitimately inconsiderable to their client’s or trying to deliver at least some kind of better service. I’ve literally have had not one single good experience with Discovery! Thanks for keeping at least that consistent.
