The worse medical ever. I had unlimited in Hospital benefits, my son ended up in hospital in an emergency. I was assured not to worry about the hospital bills as I was covered. Just to end up with thousands of rands worth of bills which we now have to pay. I wrote to them a complaint against the hospital treatment received, which they were investigating, months later still no feedback.
