I dealt with a consultant last year to sort out bills there accumulating from lancet , you wait 15 mins on the line for pre authorization, you have to panic when ur at the hospital and they getting authorization as you do know if theyl authorize as their words change , i definitely dnt pay medical so i can have more bills or be under pressure waiting for authorization ! Imagine the anxiety the cardiac patients feel like my mum! I have had the most pathetic experiences with discovery, their customer service sucks and are not trained properly as in my opinion most of who i have dealt with seem to lack both experience and compassion!
