Discovery won't stop charging for cancelled Vitality

I cancelled Vitality months ago but discovery keeps debiting and charging me for a membership I have never even used. I was told it's cancelled now no explanation of why they can't change my debit order amount because it is still included with my medical bill. This is frustrating because I'm over charged for nothing.
