Discovery wont pay my claim

I have been trying to recover an unpaid claim for the past 4 weeks from discovery health to no available. The consultants have on numerous occasions said the money will be paid into my account, but to no avail. This claim is from December 2014 and was unpaid because Discovery health captured my banking details incorrectly. After that matter, was resolved, my claim remains unpaid irrespective of my many complaints. There is no sense of urgency. I am highly upset and unhappy with their service.<br>
