Discovery wont pay my claim

Wont refund my claim i paid for a consultation fee of R850.00 with a pulmonologist and I was told I could claim it back and when I was trying to claim it back the scheme only paid R489.00 to my closed standard bank account and when I ask them to reverse the funds I was told to go to standard bank and ask them to reverse the funds I went to standard bank and I was told they cannot do that hence the account has been closed down for years already.This is ******** for the money that we pay discovery over R4000.00 EVERY MONTH its disgusting. The remaining balance I was told I had to make a special payment request meaning the remaining balance will be deducted in MSA how stupid is that it simply means im still paying for my self cause funds will be deducted in my MSA and paid into my account since I paid the specialist cash using my own money<br> I did not even received a referrence number when I made that special payment request I sent my email attached proof of payment and an invoice I received from the specialist to [Email Removed] nothing when I call the call center those dumb idiots know nothing.<br> Discovery is just a disgraced im cancelling my membership.<br>
