Discovery won't pay for something they promised to pay

Honestly I have had the WORST experience with Discovery over the last few months. The cherry on top now, I need an iron drip that has been approved by Discovery that they will pay seeing as my iron is so incredibly low. The claim now has been REJECTED and they want me to pay!? It's now going to take 5 days or longer for Discovery to possibly pay!? I am disgusted.
