Discovery wont pay chronic medication

The service I received from Discovery for my wife's chronic medication is shocking. They refuse to cover medication for my wife's chronic condition. She is type 2 diabetic and she needs Victoza. The medicine the Discovery will only provide does not help the sugar levels. This could result in hospitalisation as her sugar levels will be too high. The Dr from the CDE clearly stated why she needs Victoza and the reasons for. Each time the letter and documents are submitted Discovery keeps changing the requirements. I need to pay around R1000 pm over and above the monthly contribution to ensure my wife gets the correct medication for required for her treatment which is stable at the moment as per letter from the CDE Dr. I have been waiting a very long time for Discovery to tell me what the alternative medication is. I have received NO response.
