Discovery won't pay for PMB medication

My mom is epileptic and the amount of medication she takes must be specially motivated for on her medical aid. The doctor has done this and Discovery has approved for Epilim in the quantity prescribed by her doctor. <br> <br> On 19 Feb she went to the pharmacy to get Epilim and they only had Epilizine. The pharmacy told her that they are exactly the same and gave her the Epilizine (her neurologist has subsequently confirmed this) but then R1203 was then deducted from her MSA when it should be paid by the scheme. <br> <br> Despite numerous queries, Discovery keep responding to me with the same copied and pasted BS about her only being approved for one and not the other. Do they not have a pharmacist who can confirm that these are the same medications? What is an epileptic person supposed to do if the pharmacy doesn't have the exact meds they need? Discovery say use MedXpress delivery. Which we have now tried to do. Meds take up to 7 working days to be delivered. Great solution Discovery. I guess she will just sit around and have seizures for the next week then.
