Discovery withholding statement of account
I was informed by Dashika Pillay on 22/01/2020 that my medical aid would be cancelled & refund would be processed within 10 working days.
An agent was supposed to contact me with regards to the amount for refund. Noone called or emailed me to this day. I then followed up with Dashika again on 30/01/2020 asking for a statement indicating the amount due for refund, to which she told me that the relevant department would send bit that never happened. How do they process a refund without giving me the calculations thereof?

What is so difficult for Discovery to give me the proper recon that shows the balance? Am I now supposed to always write on HelloPeter until everything is done?
