Discovery will ***** you over

If you have cover with discovery medical aid you are in for a hell of disappointment. And guess what it comes when you have no choice and bound to a hospital bed. Their marketing tactics leads you to believe that you covered but you are not. They hide in the fine print. And they ***** you over by entering into contracts with your employer so you have no other alternative. Everything comes out of savings and when you in hospital you have co payments that's never disclosed up front oh and you will get a bill from the hospital saying discovery is not paying because you are not covered. Yet they tell you in hospital expenses are covered up to a particular rate. But that rate is zero because it comes from your savings. I can only imagine what they do to people who are on chronic medication. Geez I miss my days with med scheme and bank med because if they said you were covered you were. And I was happy to pay the high premiums because I knew I not be left to decide whether I will seek medical help in the case of an emergency or not go because you know they will ***** you in the end. And guess what calling discovery won't help trying to find out what happened because everybody in their call is on a script and care very little. If I was to demand back every premium I paid to discovery I'd be able to pay my hospital expenses and walk out with change to cover all my medical needs for the next two years to come. Now somebody please tell me why I can't just save in own capacity instead of having medical aid.
