Discovery will rob you from your money when it's time to claim

I've been a member of this scheme for probably more than 16 years. And for the first time I can say I'm disgusted in how this scheme operates. I feel like it has become a scheme instead. You take large sums of cash from me every month but when an emergency that you promise to cover occur, I must pay cash! This is beyond me and I actually think I should join another business because you ****** me!!!
