Discovery will not pay aproved chronic medicine

On 30 June 2015 my wife went to Clicks pharmacy to collect her chronic medicine. Discovery only paid R312 for her Seroquel XR and the chronic drug amount is R550. Please pay the excess of R381.64 that I paid into my bank account. On 7 June 2015 and every month before that Discovery paid R550 for Seroquel XR. She claimed on 30 June 2015 and the 20% co-payment only started from the 1 July 2015. I call Discovery and the call reference number is: ***, They condirm on that call that Discovery made a mistake with the payment.

I am sorry for any frustration caused by the delaying in processing your claim payment. I confirmed that the co-payment was app**** in error as this only came into effect from 1 July 2015. The co-payment has been processed and we will be paying this to you in full within 3-4 working days.
