Discovery Will not Change my Medical Aid

I am forced to be in this medical aid and no one including the FA’s you assign send communication regarding paying too much for a medical aid that doesn’t pay for medication,specialist.

How am I expected to wait for 9 months compared to the 3 months that have passed to change my medical cover when I am paying 4700 each month and cannot even take my son to a specialist or cover his medical expenses. This is truly unfair as I had to do my own research to see how much I was paying. The plan I want to change to is R300 more.But Discovery will not change because of the rules.

The FA they assigned to me when I started has not reviewed anything with me for 10 years..10 years!!!!!
