Discovery will not cancel Vitality on my account

I called Discovery asked them to cancel the vitality that reflects on my account two months ago I did not agree to paying an additional fee to my medical aid. The consultant I spoke to from vitality ensured me that she cancelled it now every month my medical aid bill bounces as the charged amount is higher than what I know I'm supposed to be paying I have to constantly call the department trying to find out why that vitality is not cancelled. This really frustrating not to mention the bank charges that leave my account on a minus because of something I did not agree to.
