Discovery will not cancel my Vitality

<p> </p> <p>On the 24 January 2017 I phoned Discovery to cancel my Vitality.</p> <p>On the 14 Feb 2017 I called them in conjunction with another query that I had </p> <p>just to be informed that my Vitality is still not cancel so I ordered them again to cancel it then the client rep said that he cannot cancel it Vitality needs to cancel it so they put me thru to Vitality hoe said thy cant cancel it .</p> <p>Now my question is WHO can cancel it, then to top it off he then wanted to put me thru to client service who send me to him </p> <p>Let see if they can do it this time around otherwise it time to move on </p> <p> </p> <p>Regards </p> <p>Wessel</p>
