Discovery Will let you die before caring about your health

Pathetic service they will leave clients to die before assisting its the 3rd time I have experienced issues with discovery , my wife was left for dead in hospital exactly 1 year ago , now they lie about a break in cover when there was never a break in cover make us sit on the phone for 55 minutes telling us she is transferring us to client care and hangs up . They will eat your money and lie to you just about anything under the sun . I have all the evidence and I will make sure I take legal action as I'm fed up for fighting with them for 1 entire year . They lie to consumers they voted SA's number 1 health provider , they have people working there who play with people's lives . It's disgusting that I've been with discovery since I was born and I now have to watch my wife die slowly unable to do anything due to discovery not being able to keep to their service level agreement . I have all call records, payments and correspondence with them aswell as doctors correspondence . Whatever you do make sure you go through all their document's before signing up.
