Discovery WILL find a way not to pay

<p>I had a tooth extracted in my dentist chair, using local anaesthetic. My dentist is one of those approved on the Key Care Plus plan for me to use. It is a procedure that is covered by my plan, and the procedure fit all the requirements of the plan and should have been paid for by Discovery. It was not! I have been shoved from pillar to post, mail after mail. Phone call after phone call. And I keep getting told to resubmit the claim. Then get this paperwork from the dentist. The that procedure code from the dentis etc etc etc etc. They make claiming impossible. You can never mail anyone directly. So you are always talking to a different consultant. They make it impossible to navigate the claim process with the obvious aim of making you give up, and then they're are off the hook.</p> <p> </p> <p>DO NOT USE DISCOVERY! You will regret it. </p>
