discovery will do anything not to help you, i have been having issues ever since i joined, i was schedulled for hospital on the 26th i gave them a call and they sent me an approval on sms and on email. then turned and said i should wait since iam new in the scheme[there is a 12 months waiting period] i called again to follow up on the 26th i the morning and i was told there is a 9 months waiting period. i went through the same issues when i needed medical attention. the story changes all the time just in efforts of not assisting. but they will not miss the debit order when its due.
