My complaint is why it is now suddenly not approved past end December 2023. I submitted a dispute form and requested direct e-mail with reason why previously approved medication has been cancelled in order to take it up with the Counsil for medical aids again.
It took a year to get approved after mediation by the Counsil of medical aids, thus have to pay out of pocket again. How long will it take this time?

The e-mail received is in connection with another claim.
The issue in hand has to do with previously approved chronic medication and unjustified reversal by Discovery, as clearly stated on yesterdays entry on Peter.com site
