Discovery will cause me heart attack or stroke. Pathetic claims procedure and chronic division a chronic pain. The principal officer still absent

Getting totally frustrated with Discovery, after 6 months fight and support from council of medical aid, chronic Meds got approved. Two other benefits were still pending review for 12 months, hence I had to pay the Doctor when visited in November 2023. When I follow up on this benefit it was backdated from November 2022. I thus claimed the cost back from Discovery but no payment or feedback. After the delayed benefit got approved the other benefits previously approved as ongoing were changed, Essential medication now only approved until December 2023. Had to get the chronic medication in Namibia on 13 December, had to pay cash, now challenge to get refund from Discovery. Discovery only made a small payment and out of my savings account after I paid cash.
