Discovery..... Why are you taking advantage of Old People????????

My mom had medical aid and it was cancelled a while back however she took the medical aid again however recently she received a mail from George Samuela Salamon saying that they are going to cancel the medical aid if she doesn't sign a exclusion letter because she did not disclose her health condition. Firstly my mom was diagnosed by Dr Jetham with Spongalitus while she was on her first medical aid and Discovery was paying for it,Secondly the broker that assisted with the first medical aid is the same broker that did the second sign up. My mom is 63 years old how is she suppose to know any better, You guys had the information, The broker knew about her condition from her previous medical aid, Why are you guys taking advantage of her,I need to know why was she made to sign an exclusion letter after she had taken the medical aid,Why did Discovery fail to check her previous condition which should have been on file?????
