Discovery, where were you when I needed you!!!!!

I recently was admitted to hospital with a blockage in my intestine. This was at the beginning of October. On the Saturday 3rd I went to casualty at the Clinton as I was in extreme pain and delirious. The emergency room gave me an injection and medicine and sent me home. What happened over the next 48 hours I know a little about but was seen by the specialist who admitted me straight into hospital on the Monday morning to have the blockage cleared. I have subsequently been advised by the Clinton clinic that the first time I went to casualty isn't paid by the medical aid and I must pay it. I have complained on numerous occasions and even been in discussion with "Luyanda"from the executive office who initially battled to get hold of me. I have on two occasions asked them to phone me at a certain time to discuss this as they wanted the doctor to motivate as to why they should pay the amount. They haven't called of course and I am being mailed as well as sent messages to pay the amount owing. My issue is that why should I pay if less than two days later I was admitted for the exact same thing the initial doctors never picked up. This could be a long and drawn out mail but hopefully someone from Discovery will now be in touch to sort this out as going via the executive office or their website doesn't help.
