Discovery Where is My Money?

I have been with Discovery from 2012 till 2018 never missed a payment once. I ended my Medical aid with them in June 2018 when they told me to please add my bank account to their claim menu(to get my medical savings account money back which i didn't use). Funny thing is its the same bank account you have used for 6 years to take my money.They then told me its going to take about 4 months to get my money oh and the money they owned me was R8300 thats what the lady told me. I waited til November and still nothing from Discovery i phoned them again. This time the lady told me that she could see they wanted to pay the money but she doesnt know why it hasnt been payed. She gave me a reference number and said that she will come back to me in 3 working days. It was only on the 19th of December when they urgently tried to get hold of me they told me i need to give them some information otherwise im only going to get my money in 2019. I gave them the needed info and another company(i think its their credit providers or whatever) gave me a call. They need my bank account details and i need to fill in a form and send it back to a specific person. I did it on the 19th phoned the guy backed and asked when am i getting my money. He said its going to take 2 months so basically end of Feb 2019. Okay so today its the 9th of Jan 2019 i got an sms stating that i should call this number to give my banking details AGAIN. I have been waiting for my money now for almost 7 months and you guys keep on telling me to give my banking details. After i did it again today i asked her how much money they owe me, now all of a sudden its R7964? so where did my money go? i couldnt use my Medical aid for 7 months but i lost R300 ? So i have had enough i want my money and i want the amount she gave me from the start ? you already made how much money of keeping it in your account for 7 months so please give my money back and give all of it.
