Discovery when you need them?

We have been members for over 20 years on one of the top plans and needed discovery when my wife suffered a bad fall after a cycling accident. Unfortunately she suffered numerous fractures and due to the hassle, the maxilla facial surgeon refused to deal with the medical aid. We paid the surgeon upfront and to this day over a month later, discovery refuses to pay for the jaw fracture. I have spent hours on the phone dealing with the *********** call centre, waiting for weeks for call backs after escalating, followed the process of lodging a complaint and then dispute and still nothing
