Discovery, what will it take for someone to actually answer your #$%^& phones?????

I have been trying to contact Discovery for over 30 minutes now, with absolutely no success. You go through all the formalities, then press whatever extension you are trying to get hold of, you wait 30 seconds and you are then cut off. I've actually become so frustrated that I tried all the extensions all with the same result.
