Discovery - What a struggle... PLEASE HELP !!!!!

Good day, In my life, I've never struggled to try and claim my co-payment out of my savings amount, like I'm struggling with Discovery.... This has been a nightmare and still not sorted... This is ridiculous.

Can a supervisor or a senior person PLEASE give me a call to sort this out... The normal call center operators just do not have a clue !!!!!

Good day... So discovery tried to call me on Monday but unfortunately I was unavailable... So they sent me a reply asking for a suitable time to call me... I rep**** that they should please give me a call anytime on Tuesday (yesterday)... Guess who didn't call ??? Please... as per my first complaint... Can a senior/supervisor please call me to sort out this mess !!! Thanks Regardt
