Discovery, what a joke

What a joke. It is just one laughable scenario after another. After more than 6 months of trying to sort out an issue with my phone app and one promise after another by call center agents to escalate the issue, nothing! Cover-your-**** emails telling me a senior person had tried unsuccessfully to get hold of me. I had one missed call while I was driving and then the email. What is that? And now, at 60 my vitality age is 67 because the blood pressure reading (with one of those automated machines) at Dischem for my health assessment was inaccurate and no one can do anything about it. I went to the doctor an hour after this for a general check-up and my BP was 124/69. I exercise five times a week. I give the call center agents poor ratings not because they are bad people but because they cannot fix anything and it is the only way to get someone to call me back. I have complained that we only get to rate the agents and not Discovery, I see that they have listened to that and we can now rate Discovery, not that this will help. I get a call last week on Friday, a glimmer of hope from an analyst as a result of my poor rating a few days earlier. She makes all sorts of promises to sort things out. It is now nearly a week later - NOTHING! I know that I will get a call as a result of this complaint but it remains to be seen if this organisation really does care and want to sort my issues out. Clearly, the joke is on me.
