Discovery werk op my gat

My GP sent my information to Discovery to approve a referral request. For 3 weeks i have been struggling to get an approval to see a specialist. They requested an additional assessment, My doctor submitted it. They never received it , the approval was declined. I submitted the assessment, now i must wait an additional 7 days . The reference number ***. I spoke to Unati, Misa and they all could not help, repeating the same information over and over. they have all the information , why must i wait so long. Being private is like being in a public hospital. We are clients at the end of the day and deserve a certain level of respect.
