Discovery WELLTH Fund removal

Discovery removed the WELLTH Fund and replaced it with Personal Health Fund which does not remotely provide the same value to customers. In fact I cannot see any value in it at all...

Also Discovery claimed that they informed me as a customer but I cannot find any of the records where they claimed to have informed me.

Questioning this with Discovery does not provide any answers. This is another classical example of taking benefits away so that they can make more money while increasing your annual fees
