Discovery website now totally useless

I dont log in to the site often but did so today and found it absolutely awful. I struggle to find things like my 3 month claim history. I did the survey and when your stupid bot posed the question about how to improve your service, there was no way to put in my opinion - that the site is totally useless. Can't even find my savings balance any more.
