Discovery website is awful

What a terrible website. I clicked ona link that Disocvery provided on the website (to find a key acre health provider) only to be told that i have entered an incorrect symbol and am to remove said symbol. It is a Discovery link. I did not enter anything, let alone a symbol. Fix the horrible IT systems. How do you expect anybody (let alone old people) navigate the system when nothing works? OR is this meant to make sure that people are not able to find anything and therefore do not know/use benefits?
