Discovery - Weak ***** Detection Processes in Place - Pays Double and I have to try and get money back.

Discovery Health does not have processes in place to identify potential ***** - once I identified that a service provider a Dr S Y Naidoo from Baker Street Medical Suites put through multiple claims for a single consultation I was informed that I had to discuss with the service provider and have reversal forms completed - so Discovery pays out without giving me the ability to approve claims on a trusted device and now it is my problem - amazing Discovery please get your anti-***** technology or processes updated as certainly a claim for same consolation should raise a risk alert.
