Discovery waits for parient to die

i Have wife dignaosed with GPA(Wegeners Granulamatosis) about 7 years ago. had to go thorugtj all authorisation processing and mangae to have the disease at bay. now with a major flare and the riak of loosing my wife to this aggressive diseaase , Discovery can not convlude authorisation afyer 3 weeks of motivation being sent. at the the end of week 1 they requested lung ****ion test which is less conclusive to to biospsy and scans sents and after the 3rd week , they request for scan that was sent in Decemeber and May 25. Id Discovery eaiting for my wife to die before coming to a conclusion. This reveirw panel makes teviewing a an old case worse that rocket science. I hate them and wish the same 10 fold upon their families. its all about the money and not about providing a service you pay for. TOTALLY DISGUSTED AT THEM.
