Discovery vs Stratum - im done

its been nearly 3 months and my hospital claim haven't been sorted out. its actually embarrassing.i have been to 2 follow up appointments with the surgeon after my surgery. i have to make excuses as the client to the doctors accounts department. Discovery Health say my gap cover [stratum] needs to pay it and Stratum [gap cover] say Discovery health needs to pay the short fall account. i just want my account settled as soon as possible . i dont care who pays it.. but between the 2 companies someone will need to give in. it cant be send for review any more. but i belief discovery health should pay it all because i pay the higher monthly premium to Discovery. how can Discovery let a gap cover that i only pay R450 per month pay R38 000 and Discovery that i pay nearly R5000 per month pay R13500 towards my surgery. please someone explain this to me.
