Discovery VS GAP

Hi Discovery, I'm not even going to bother trying to call in to get any help because we all know its endless calls to automated machines and no actual option to assist with problems.

Yes I am aware that scopes are paid out from your savings account, but let me ask you then what is the point of Gap cover?

Now I have no savings, you tell me to tell the hospital to reverse the claim that was in February, then when they call you to do the reversal, you tell them to tell me to Pay my bill and once you see proof then you will consider doing a reversal? i love how you think that people just have 10k laying around.

You do understand in order for GAP to pay me in full they need to see that you have not paid any portion of this claim? and if I claim with them now, they will only pay me or the hospital the balance?

So, I am now without savings, the hospital bill isn't being covered because you won't reverse the claim and I can't claim from Gap cover.

Please now contact me, reverse the claim and let me claim from my Gap cover. so that the hospital bill can be settled. I do need to show them statements that you have not paid for this.
