Discovery Vitality WHAT A JOKE!!

Quick to sell you their product and take your money but no service!! I am paying Vitality for me and my spouse so we can join Virgin Active but for some reason Discovery is struggling to activate my spouse's gym benefit. I have been phoning Vitality every day for the past week with no feedback! Disgusted with the service Discovery is providing!
