Discovery Vitality Travel - Withholding my Refund from BA

I booked a BA flight using Vitality Travel in the 1st week of February. As the COVID crisis escalated, BA offered refunds, which Discovery Vitality Travel has refused to pay to me despite numerous requests and the fact that they are working remotely.
