Discovery Vitality shocking customer service..... Or should I say No service

Been trying to see why my vitality points are not showing but cannot get hold of vitality via the whatsapp bot, via the website and the tel no does not even ring.

Slack and they say they an industry leader on tech. Does not matter how much tech they have means nothing if it does not work and you cannot reach a person to talk to when your tech can't assist.

I have been trying for weeks now to sort this out Shocking service
