My ticket logged with Chanel at Discovery Vitality who promised to have me updated and my vitality cashback resolved dating back to April 2019 is still outstanding. This has been ongoing for more than 5 weeks now with no correspondence or resolution or CASH BACK yet to be received. discovery ref ***
