Discovery Vitality Points !

I have been waiting since 4 Jan 2018 for a reply regarding Vitality Points. At the time I was told that I need to go to my Doctor to get more information and not sure what and how my Doctor is going to assist with their points ? I was told to lodge a complaint which was done on the same day and still no feedback. I expected more from Discovery.
