Discovery Vitality not refunding Kulula tickets as promised

Discovery Vitality publicly promised to refund the flight tickets purchased just before KULULA went under. I bought 4 return tickets the day before Kulula announced it's closure. I have adhered to all the prerequisits stipulated by Discovery (i.e must have Discovery bank account etc), and have contacted them through the emails shown on their website for refund claims. Over the last +- 8 months I have emailed them numerous times, with a quiry refernce number, but no one has ever gotten back to me, and I am still out of pocket.
