Discovery Vitality not pulling their weight!

The Healthy Weight Challenge started out great but over time my coach disappeared. I signed up for the 3 month program and intended to just let it end there rather than having a fight about the coach, but then I got charged for a 4th month despite receiving no contact from my coach after the middle of the 3rd month.

I am now told I should have cancelled. (I specifically signed up for the 3 month option - should my coach not have asked if i wanted to continue or at least contacted me at all?) I have received one generic message from my coach in this 4th month and will likely be charged a 5th month as there is apparently a 1 month notice.

What's sad is that after the 3 month sign up ended, i had hoped to sign up for the (slightly cheaper) 6 month program with a new coach because the program is good, I just have a coach who went silent, but now I just feel entirely taken for a ride and bummed with vitality.

I have been a loyal discovery member for 19 years and this stinks.
