Discovery Vitality not awarding points for online gym workouts

During December I did about 9 online gym visits for which I was supposed to get 50 points each and it was supposed to reflect on my gym tracker. I was not allocated a single point and not a single visit reflected on my gym tracker. Discovery vitality is supposed to encourage us to be healthy. I chose not to work out at the gym for fear of contracting covid that I why I resorted to working out online. But Discovery is withholding the workout points without an explanation to me.

It seems like every time I do a workout I have to check that they are doing their jobs property
