Discovery Vitality going Bankrupt ?

I have joined Discovery Vitality beginning 2019. I am an active Dischem shopper and registered Dischem as my preferred health supplier with Vitality. I have logged my first reference with them 12/4/19 due to non payment of cashback. I have since logged about 7 calls and received 7 different reference numbers. Every time I am told it has been solved but alas still no payment.. Every time I have to wait 5 to 7 days without any reply. I am also noticing that my Woolworths cashback is getting smaller every month without me spending any less. I suspect Dischem Vitality is in a financial crisis. Just make the sums. Maximum R500 back on Dischem, Woolworths, Sportsmans warehouse individually versus the monthly payment of around R250 a month. At this rate I would caution anyone interested in Discovery bank. If they cannot get the basics right, what do you suspect will happen to your money with a bank without decent systems.
