Discovery Vitality - Free Trail Basis

Good day,

Please assist with the following:

Had Vitality and ended it Feb 2021 this year - was advised to give one calendar month notice Couldn't pay for March 2021 - One month premium outstanding

Try to Rejoin in July 2021 for free trail - 3 months which make it July, August, September free Didn't receive notification it was activated

Phoned in and gentleman who assisted advised they'll move the free trail for September 2021 October 2021 November 2021

Paid outstanding premium yesterday of March 2021 , and phoned today to ask if all is up to date now only to find out free trail ends October 2021?
