DISCOVERY VITALITY FORCING OLD AGE PENSIONERS TO DO ACTIVITIES THEY NOT ABLE TO PERFORM TO EARN POINTS...

My mother is nearly 68 years old grandmother pensioner. She is basically a "gogo." I recently added her to my medical scheme which in itself was a mission & am being fined by discovery 75% even though she was on a medical scheme for a number of years.

Anyway, I belong to vitality which I pay for every month. To get to the next level in vitality I will need 80000 points because my mother has been added to my vitality. Making it almost impossible for us to move to the next level of vitality.

I have sent inquiries/request to discovery to remove my mother from vitality as she is too old to do any of the activities that's required to get points.

However discovery refuses to remove my old pensioner mother from my vitality which makes it impossible for us to ever move up in levels.

Discovery is forcing old pensioners to do activities which they know they cannot do & if they do'nt then punish them by not giving them points.

Not sure how many thousands of people are in my predicament but I will go to the press to find out how many others are being punished by discovery like myself & making old pensioners comply with there vitality requirements.

Pensioners should have a choice whether they can be on vitality or not especially when they are a dependant on someone else's medical scheme. In my case it will be impossible to get enough points to move up levels with my pensioner mom on my vitality.
