Discovery Vitality Flight refunds

International Flights cancelled by BA, requested a refund and still waiting. Yet Vitality are advertising early bird specials for local flights. Time to get your hose in order. I am also reading that Discovery Vitality does not want to refund the full unused bookings, this is shocking to think you want to claim the booking fee does not get refunded. Plain and simple we want our refunds or should we start a civil suite to do so
