Discovery Vitality doesn't care about you.

This is my last resource as I am getting NO response or assistance from Discovery Vitality. I have joined Vitality beginning of August upon a friend's recommendation, since then I haven't received any of my healthy food or healthy gear pay backs. I have contacted Discovery in the last month over 5 times, where I'm getting the same response every time; that the problem will be escalated. Yesterday I phoned them again where they said they would get back to me today which hasn't happened.

I'm extremely frustrated as it feels like I'm calling time after time, with the same response and it just seems like they have no interest in solving the problem.

I'm really disappointed with their service and overall attitude. To just blatantly ignore a customer's issues and not even updating me.

Wouldn't suggest anyone to join Vitality. Costing me way more money than I'm getting back.
